CFO Ber Bosveld, received 288,000 euros. The top woman, Karin Laglas, had a salary of 230,000 euros.

A board member who left the summit in 2014, still got paid 228,000 euro salary in 2015 for other activities and an outgoing director project received a severance pay along with 494,000 euros.

This appears Thursday in the annual report of Ymere. The top salaries sitting at Ymere still well above the so-called WNT standard, the Act standards remuneration of executives of public and semi-public sector, which was at a maximum of 178,000 euros last year.

Moreover, the law was not yet in force in 2015. In addition, Ymere also had another four executives who are paid in accordance with this standard.

Ratio
Councillor Eric Flentge (SP) 'written questions to the college. Flentge thinks disproportionate salaries and severance payments to the financial situation of the corporations, and they do not fit the social role of corporations.

Is also the level of remuneration according Flentge contrasts with the high rents and the ability of tenants. The high number of directors surprises him.

Erik Flentge "You have to dare to pocket such salaries, while social housing in Amsterdam is under pressure." The level of wages is legally permitted. Ymere also has to pay the severance arrangements as agreed in the contracts.

Earnings
"Many may manifest," said Flentge, "but as long as tenants rent to pay that barely allow their incomes and still there is deferred maintenance, I continue to oppose me strongly against it. Where tenants are crooked iron ladies and gentlemen barrels here on."

According to the SP, it is the 'highest possible wages. Which are only possible because a law on executive pay standards in health care institutions and corporations was delayed. That was because the politicians there could not be agreed. It amazes SP Ymere is still in use that hole.

Social projects
In questions to the college SP also questions at the 228,000 euros to former director Pieter de Jong paid for a new job created, "director of social projects". The SP wonders whether it be for work carried out at management level.

Ymere reported Thursday that the (former) directors just use the schemes to which they are entitled. "The severance payments are also in conformity with what was agreed in the social plan with the unions," said spokesperson Amanda Chapel.
