The owner of a kebab shop Roosendaal which seems to be central to an investigation into funding of international jihad, was arrested.
Late last week reported the 27-year-old Amr Y. joined the police.The man was on vacation in his native Egypt, but flew back when he heard that the Dutch police searched him.
His lawyer, Ed Manders late BN / De Stem that his client last week traveled via Brussels to the Netherlands and was able to pass all borders without problems.
Apart from the financing of terrorism and money laundering Y. is suspected of "involvement in" the suspicious substance that was found in the home of co-defendant Samir O. (57). The Public Prosecutor (OM) suspects that it is an explosive, possibly capable of carrying out attacks.
