Klaas Otto, former leader of motorcycle No Surrender, Friday evening arrested again in his cell

Naamloos1-38.pngJustice says that it is a new criminal offense. He is in limitation and can only talk to his lawyer. Therefore, it is not known why he was arrested.

Earlier it was reported today that Otto was allowed to go home Monday. The magistrate in Breda had been suspended remand . The judge looks at the suspicions of arson and extortion are not enough "serious objections" to keep the No Surrender-founder of the cell.

The 48-year-old Otto was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of extortion, money laundering and arson. In May of Otto the house was already searched the Lille Bergen in Bergen op Zoom. A police team of between thirty and forty people carried out the search.

Dirty money
Research by financial investigators revealed that Otto 'significant amounts' issued but has not found a legal origin of the money. Police suspect that it is dirty money.
