Laura lived near The Hague when they repented. she met the man she married through a dating site for Muslims. It was not a dream wedding. "We had a lot of problems. He was very aggressive and violent," she says to Kurdistan 24.
Pregnant with son

According to Laura called the neighbors, the police several times to report domestic violence. Laura was pregnant and therefore did not want to divorce her husband. When the relationship was better again, her husband suggested we go on vacation.

"I thought that everything was better. We already had a son," she says. The idea was to go to Turkey "for peace" and to give money to refugees. "He told me that we would go to refugee camps to help. We were not far from the Syrian border."

Smuggled to Syria

Her husband behaved quite mysterious, says Laura. "He said that we are not allowed to enter the refugee camps and that we should not talk too loud."

Without being smuggled knew Laura was sent to Syria. She came in IS stronghold Raqqa, where she was being held against her will. "There were men with beards and guns at the door. After a week in Raqqa I was transferred to Mosul in Iraq."
"Lived in hell '

Life in IS area was heavy. "I tried constantly to escape from the hell in which I lived," says Laura. The Dutch had her father contact with the Kurdish fighters, the Peshmerga. Today they would be liberated by them.
