OM requires cell and community service in drug case Venue

Against two suspects in the drug case Venue Tuesday eight months in prison and 240 hours of community service required. The case has been arrested three other suspects.

The case has been arrested three other suspects. This is done according to the prosecution because the Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI) needs time to read encrypted BlackBerrys.

The sentences are demanded against two 47-year-old men from Eindhoven. The case against a 47-year-old man from Nuth and two men aged 23 was arrested in Heerlen. The trial of this case is now scheduled on October 5th.

It is the second day that suspects in this extensive drug case will have to answer to the court in Den Bosch. Mondays were already up five suspects. Against them demanded his punishment to three years in prison.

At the Drugs Action Venue were searched on April 4 124 houses this year, rolled up drug labs and 56 people arrested. The company Party King acted as a cover. Criminals came occasionally to discuss and make drug deals. The police came to the company on the track by a tip, and they systematically started to posts and calls went eavesdropping.
