Defense Launches pilot with offering work to problem youth

The army has started a trial to opportunities to young people who have not completed their school and/or have a criminal record.

Two of these young people are already engaged; they follow a training to be a soldier.
 
Currently, there are 15 other candidates for the test.

The trial runs until 2018 and offers a place for up to thirty young people annually, said a defense spokesman after a message in the AD. Then the stock.

The elect are posted at various places, where they follow an individual and normal military career path. The contenders get the normal inspection that all soldiers undergo in spe, but among those with a criminal record especially to their childhood sins.

The idea comes from former army General Mart de Kruif, who so want to contribute to the solution to the problem of young people with fewer opportunities.

The municipalities bear the candidates in to defence.
