A 62-year-old man after appeal yet received a prison sentence of fifteen years. The man abused his daughter and foster daughter for years and forced them into prostitution. Earlier, the court explained the man jailed for six years.
The court took the time only proved that the accused had brought the three women in prostitution. For abuse was not enough evidence, the judge found. Both the man and the prosecution appealed against the ruling.
The court now finds that there is still plenty of evidence of the sexual abuse of the daughter and foster daughters. The man must also pay compensation of 465,000 euros to the three, from their teens into social isolation were brought by their (foster) father.
Prostitution
According to the court they were abused mentally and physically. They were from sixteen out of school.
The women had immediately after their eighteenth birthday to work in prostitution. They worked in brothels in Rotterdam and North Brabant. For years they were forced to earn money, hundreds of thousands of euros, to hand over the man of 62.
The man was arrested in 2012 at Schiphol. He was flown from Suriname to the Netherlands.
