The CDA wants to tighten the current system of conditional release. So should stay longer condemned by the CDA sit and not get parole after two-thirds of their sentence.

The party proposes to limit it to the last 10 percent of the sentence with a maximum parole six months. That means that convicts sentenced to twenty years in prison, may only be paroled after 19.5 years.

Short sentences to two years out what the CDA no longer eligible for parole.
