A driver who on Monday attacked an agent in the US Florida, has had to pay with his life. The man was not a cop, but killed by a passer-by, according to a report. That reports Fox News.
SUSPECT IN FLIGHT
The incident occurred around 9:30 pm. The agent of the police in Lee County gave the driver a signal to turn his car along the side of the road in the city of Estero. Instead of obeying, the driver hit the gas. He would thereby have reached speeds of 160 kilometers per hour.
The officer went in pursuit to a junction where a witness saw the suspect jumped out of his car and attacked the officer. According to Shanta Holditch dragged the suspect, the cop out of his car: "He kept hitting him and hitting ... then he threw him he punched him to the ground in many places," she tells WZVN .

According WINK ran another driver subsequently towards the pair. He threatened to shoot the suspect if he would continue abusing the agent: "He refused to get off the agent. The officer shouted, "shoot him, shoot him, shoot him, '" Hold Hitch recalls. When the accused kept going, the third man joined the action to the word. He fired three bullets. The officer was unharmed, the suspect died later of his injuries.
The authorities have the identity of the suspect and the person who shot him not revealed yet. It is still unclear whether the shooter will be charged. According WINK the suspect was armed and was the shooter in possession of a gun license. The agent would have been Dean Bardes, a 12-year veteran.
