Russian aviation authority Rosaviatsia not sure MH17 flight was shot down by a rocket-Buk. The agency's chief said today during a press conference.

It states that the Boeing 777 over eastern Ukraine with a Buk missile from the air is shot. Stortsjevoj was extremely critical of the OVV research. "The logic of the report is below standard," he says.

What the Russians are concerned, the case is still not closed. "The Russian Federation is continuing to investigate the cause of the damage to the aircraft. For we have no data and facts proving that the damage was applied by a Buk missile," said CEO Oleg Stortsjevoj.

Russian information ignored

According to him, the Russian OVV important information ignored and the calculations of the launch pad of Buk-maker Almaz-Antey taken out of context.

At several points the objections of Rosaviatsia agree with the criticism of the arms manufacturer, which yesterday responded. Both rely heavily on the Ukraine that the airspace remained open over the east of the country to civilian aircraft, although there had already been shot down several military aircraft.
