At the Health Care Inspectorate (Inspectorate) have been reported so far four people after the call from Minister Schippers. She wants people to present themselves when their caregiver had to sign a contract to remain silent.

Minister Schippers wants to ban silent contracts in healthcare. She finds it "highly undesirable" that caregivers sometimes meet with victims and survivors that they do not go to court or to the media are allowed with their story.

The reason for the Minister's actions are the cause of Tergooi Hospital. A 21-year-old man was hospitalized with severe pain in the chest and died shortly afterwards. That could be due to errors of the hospital. His relatives received compensation but they had to keep the matter quiet well.
Of the four reports has not examined whether there is indeed undesirable shut contracts.
