The 19 year old Dutchman Jan Willem R. and American Zachary B. in Chicago indicted for managing websites where customers could hire hackers for cyber attacks.

The 19 year old Dutchman Jan Willem R. and American Zachary B. in Chicago indicted for managing websites where customers could hire hackers for cyber attacks.

The targets were both businesses and individuals.
